John Park Fans

 John sang ‘Gravity’ by John Mayer tonight on idol. He said he was bringing a more ‘honest’ approach to his performance tonight after the judges comments last week.
Tonight Randy thought John Mayer was a good choice but he didn’t bring anything new or speical to it. Ellen felt the song chioce was SO much better but agreed he could have added a little more soul into it. Kara said it was WAY better then last week but still felt the ‘connection’ between John and the song isn’t quite there yet. She wants him to let loose and get out of his comfort zone a little bit in order to stay in it. Simon said he thinks John may be going home. He called it a ’so-what’ performance, that it wasn’t memorble and didn’t stand out in any way.

After sining “God Bless the Child” tonight on the first performance for John on American Idol’s top 24, the judges were not impressed and felt he had a bad song chioce. Randy said he feels John has a voice but this did not suit it. Ellen wans’t sure why he chose a song like that and feels with a better choice we would know better who he actually is.

John gets Shania Twain all flustered during his American Idol audition, he seems to have a way with the ladies!
